Stephen was formerly President of CrossTech Partners and CEO of New Marketing Labs, which merged with The Pulse Network in the spring of 2011. Earlier in his career he was a managing director at Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP) – one of the fastest growing public IT Services companies. CTP became the leading IT consulting and systems integration firm focused on the deployment of client-server based business applications for Fortune 500 clients. Over the past 5 years, Stephen has played a leading advisory role in 4 major M&A transactions ranging from $30M to $450M in Digital Media and IT. He currently guest lectures in the entrepreneurship program at Babson College. Stephen received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and B.A. from Harvard University.

Rick Quinn has been a member for The Pulse Network team since its inception. Rick brings over 20 years of delivering both large and small scale database applications as well as providing both IT and software solutions to his TPNI Customers. Rick has been a featured expert as well as a host on numerous webcasts in the event industry. Rick is responsible for all business development and overall account management. As a member of TPNI, he has been involved all phases of the TPNI methodology – discover, design, deliver, and service.

Robin has been a member of our team since 2009. He spent 2 years studying at the Univ of Alabama while playing baseball. He brings with him over 25 years of Customer Relation management experience as well as 15+ years of Technical training on various software platforms. He has also been involved with sales of our many live events. He has spent the last few years with managing Technical Support, Consumer Relations & hosting our Technical Training livecasts. He was directly involved in the creation of our current Multicasting tool where he was able to offer suggestions to our Executives and Development team on what our customers were looking for from a content distribution aspect. He enjoys his down time spending it with his wife and 3 children, playing golf and attending AZ Diamondback baseball and AZ Cardinals football games.
