Larry "Klu" Klukaszewski

As a professional sports artist, Larry has been blessed to have created commissions for many professional athletes, past and present, including a Heisman winner, a Super Bowl MVP, and an NFL MVP. He has shown nationally at the National Art Museum of Sport in Indianapolis and has contributed to numerous charitable organizations via his artistic works. His work can also be seen at Heinz Field, home of the Steelers. 

Having become involved with the Deacon Jones Foundation is an amazing way for Larry to continue using his skill as an artist to help those in need. “I am humbled, honored, and thrilled to be among so many talent artists in this very remarkable endeavor.”

Rocky Bleier

For more than two years, he drove himself. Little by little he overcame obstacles and fought his way back. He not only made the Pittsburgh Steelers, but also eventually became a starting running back on a team that won four Super Bowls and became the greatest football team of the 20th century.

The hard lessons Rocky Bleier learned early in his life that helped him overcome adversity and reach his goals, have paid off after football. These lessons are seen between the lines in the popular book on his life, "Fighting Back" and on stages of speaking appearances around the country.

Bob Pompeani

A sports anchor for KDKA-TV News at Six and KDKA-TV News at Eleven, Bob Pompeani began his career at KDKA-TV in 1982, but his experience with hometown sports goes beyond the 31 years he’s worked at KDKA.

Growing up in an area deep in sports traditions, Bob has seen all of the biggest high school rivalries as well as met players and coaches who’ve gone on to make sports history.

Bob spends the school year presenting the KDKA-TV “Extra Effort” award to local students who excel in athletics, academics and community service. In its 33rd year, Bob has visited over 1,200 local schools and produced feature stories on each outstanding student.

As many of you know, i've been illustrating and writing a children's book on the motivational & courageous journey of Rocky Bleier.

As a 4-Time Super Bowl Champion and Vietnam Veteran, Rocky had to overcame impossible obsticles to achieve monumental success.

This event is to celebrate an amazing life and the inspiration that we can all take away from his journey.

This event will be held at the Kiski Area High School Autitorium on May 19th at 7:30pm est.

During the event, you will have a chance to see and speak to Rocky himself. There will be an exclusive area for autographs!
